Company specializing in the rental of luxury accommodation in the Monts d'Or.

SCI 2ED is a private property company that manages its own rental stock located on the Monts d'Or on the western outskirts of Lyon.

We have two types of accommodation: apartments in the town of Champagne au Mont d'Or and recent houses in Collonges au Mont d'Or.

The common point between these accommodations is that they are all of high quality and perfectly maintained; they also benefit from excellent locations and are close to all amenities (public transport, schools, shops, etc.)

We manage our properties ourselves and we do not take any fees from our tenants, whether for the signing of a lease or the drafting of an inventory.
